This Christmas, wander into a world of festive wonder at Raffles Place! From now until 31 December 2023, witness enchanting festive ornaments brought to life as the park is illuminated from 7pm to 12 midnight daily. For the very first time, the lampposts in the park are lit with festive fairy lights, adding an extra dose of sparkle and festive cheer.
There are four exciting installations at Raffles Place Park to take your Christmas adventure up a notch:
- Experience the magic of a giant interactive Christmas tree,
- Saunter along the enchanting “Walk with the Seasons” installation with motion-sensor lights,
- Activate vibrant arches that burst into brilliant colours, and
- Pedal joyfully on stationary bikes to light up a delightful installation (so you can tell Santa you’ve been nice to your health this Christmas!)
That’s not all! Discover enchanting interactive decorations throughout the precinct, shaped like Christmas stockings, baubles, stars, and gift boxes. Elevate the festive cheer by using your mobile phone to orchestrate a bespoke two-minute light show at these six locations, from 7pm to 12 midnight daily: Bank of China Building, CapitaGreen, Collyer Quay Centre, Ocean Financial Centre, One Raffles Place, and Republic Plaza.
To start, scan the unique QR code on the décor with your mobile phone, select vibrant light colours, pick a merry tune, and watch as the lights dance to your selected song via your phone. Enhance the magic by dimming and changing colours by placing your finger over the image.
