Make yourself at home with our newest instalment of #RPchairs. This year, we have a variety of fun designs for you to pick from that are perfect for socialising, connecting and relaxing right here in Raffles Place.
Whether you’re meeting your workmates for a quick cuppa, chilling out with friends or getting some fresh air, our chairs make for the best spots to unwind in the Central Buzz District.
Our first chair of the new series is a striped outdoor rocking chair. These colourful, waterproof rockers are great for a little wind-down after work and for catching the setting sun between the city’s towering skyscrapers.
The second type of chair we have in the park is a tri-coloured rocking chair. These comfortable chairs are handwoven pieces that come in two sets of colours: one styled vibrantly in a mix of pink, white and green and another shaded in a cool blend of white, black and blue. If you’re feeling a bit sleepy-eyed, take a siesta (or a rejuvenating power nap) in these cute and comfy seats in Raffles Place Park.
The third piece of furniture is our “O” bench. Much like the Cube-Pod structures from last year, the “O” benches serve as a playful twist on archetypal park benches, with a shaded canopy to block out the sun or keep you dry from any tropical drizzle. They serve as tables for you to eat your lunch or even work out of. The Cube-Pods can still be found in the park, stationed on the grassy lawns closest to Battery Road.
Scattered around the park are signs with QR codes for you to scan and leave your feedback. Simply open up your camera app and point your smartphone at the QR code to scan. You can also share your experience with us here or scan the QR code down below!
Our #RPchairs are here in the park for some time, so grab a seat and stretch out on your next visit to Raffles Place. Snap a selfie or a shot of you and your pals relaxing in our #RPchairs and tag us on our socials using the hashtag #RPchairs.
We hope to see you enjoying our #RPchairs responsibly. Let’s keep the chairs and the park clean (and litter-free)!
What are you waiting for? Take a break from the BUZZ and lay back in our #RPchairs!
